Framer is a tool for creating animations and single frame sprites from two dimensional sprite sheets. Framer allows you to define each frame of an animation as a custom width and height, and allows for custom metadata to be attributed to each individual frame.

Install instructions
Download the zip file and extract its contents. The executable must be ran in the same directory as the other contents contained in the zip, so it is recommended that the executable not be moved outside of the extracted folder.
